When we often pray we pray in the name of Jesus right? Why do we end our prayer in the name of Jesus? For one reason and one reason only. Jesus is the only way to God our Father. He died for our sins in order for us to have eternal life with His Father (Romans 6:23). God sacrificed His son, His only child to take on all of our sins. Jesus was cruxified and was ressurected from the dead. God loved us so much that He gave us His only begotten son (John 3:16).
John 14:13–14
13 Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.* (If it is the will of God)
So next time when you pray to our Heavenly Father, end your prayer in Jesus name.
